What kind of payment is accepted? When is payment due?

I get this question a lot, so I wanted to clarify on this forum the different ways we accept payment. I have them listed in order of preference, however all methods below are accepted.

Payments we accept!

• Venmo: Venmo is the best way you can pay for cleaning services with Stella Cleaning All-Natural! I understand that not everyone has a smart phone or is able to pay electronically, but if you were to make an electronic payment, Venmo is perfect for paying friends and family in just a few simple clicks! Money is deposited directly from your personal banking account to our Venmo account in seconds. Check out how venmo works in the demo video below.

  
  

• Check: We accept current personal and business checks.

• Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards accept American Express (Please note that there is a 3.9% fee with a credit card.

• Cash: We accept all cash payments

Payments Due Upon Completion: After cleaning you will receive a receipt with the total amount due. You can request an invoice be sent to your email afterward if needed. You can then make a payment via one of the payment options listed above.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment is expected at time of service, unless payment arrangement is in place prior to cleaning commencing. We are not set up to take check by mail, or post-dated checks.
